By accessing or using the AltSleep platform ("A|T"), including our website, mobile application, hub hardware, and wearable devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
A|T is a sleep and wellness platform that works with compatible Sleep Number® beds. We provide:
Important: A|T is a wellness platform, NOT a medical device. We provide observations and patterns, never diagnoses. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old and own or have authorized access to a Sleep Number® bed to use our services. Sleep Number® is a registered trademark of Sleep Number Corporation. A|T is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleep Number Corporation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person; partner accounts are available as add-on subscriptions.
A|T hardware includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modification is not covered. Replacement devices are available at cost through our exchange program.

A|T is designed for general wellness purposes only. Our sleep quality scores, health trend observations, and wellness reports are informational and are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A|T does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) — do not rely on A|T alerts.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Monthly and annual AltSleep service is prepaid and automatically renews using the payment method kept on file through our website payment provider. There is no service grace period. If a renewal payment fails, paid service is suspended at the paid-through time. We make one controlled retry approximately 24 hours later while service remains suspended. A successful retry restores service. If that retry fails, the service lapses and further automatic collection is cancelled.
First service activation may include a separately itemized Hardware & Subscription Setup Fee. This fee applies to service activation and is not a hardware price. A lapsed recurring service may be reinstated on the website by prepaying the current plan price plus the currently displayed reinstatement fee. AltSleep does not automatically refund, issue credit for, or silently reactivate a late payment.
Existing customers expressly marked with a Grandfathered Rate retain their locked rate while uninterrupted automatic-payment service is maintained. Grandfathering survives a successful first retry and a cancellation reversed before access expires. It ends when cancellation takes effect, the single retry fails, the customer changes plans, an ownership transfer does not include the subscription terms, or an audited correction removes the designation. New subscriptions are not automatically grandfathered. Non-grandfathered price changes are communicated at least 30 days before the affected renewal and do not prorate the current paid period.
Billing, payment-method changes, retries, and reinstatement are completed on the AltSleep website. The Android app may display billing status and open the secure website, but does not collect card payments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A|T's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
